Airbnb Manager
We charge a percentage of your monies collected for rental of the property We charge 15% of the property rental for the full provision of services and management, plus the visitors cleaning fee (if we are to provide the cleaning on your behalf).
Of course you could. But for the small charge that we make, wouldn’t it make more sense to free up your time and have professionals spend the time and effort to do this to maximise the return on your asset, whilst freeing up this time for you for other activities. Our aim is to maximise the daily returns from your property, generating greater income.
No all customer communications come straight to Airbnb Manager and are followed up by us. Most regular problems we can deal without disturbing you at all.
Actually no, whilst we find that Airbnb is easily the biggest generator of visitors to the property, but we also advertise and list the property on other agreed property rental sites, so as to ensure that your property is fully utilised.
No not at all. With simply 30 days notice we will turn the property management straight back over to you. If your circumstances change, you can rest assured that you are able to easily self manage, or even sell the property should you wish.
Nothing. We only ever earn a percentage of the rental income, plus the cleaning fee to cover the cleaning and linen / laundry costs. If you are not renting, we are not charging.
